A Tandem Sampler: Double Vision or You know I can't hear you when I'm talking too

curated by Nina Corwin

I'm talking about collaboration, collusion, mixing it up: like...whole as more than the sum of the parts, a rumble, a pas de deux, trois or quartre, talking you say po-tay-toh and I say po-tah-toh, stepping on each other's toes, even why-can't-we-all-just-get-along? I'm talking about what ensemble players do, jazz musicians riffing off each other, contact improv even. Collaborative acts can include working across art forms (e.g. word WITH music/dance/power point/video/sign language) or solely written/spoken word with more than one voice.
