Erin Teegarden ("e.t.") is a writer, educator and community arts organizer. She is the founder and co-organizer of rec room. She currently teaches Intro to Literature and Intro to Poetry at Columbia College Chicago, and English Composition at American Intercontinental University Online. She received an MFA from the University of Pittsburgh and is the founder and former managing editor of Pitt's first online literary journal. She has received the Associated Writing Programs' "Intro Journals Award," and has been a Gwendolyn Brooks Open Mic Awards semi-finalist and judge. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in: Another Chicago Magazine, the Bellingham Review, 5AM, PMS (poemmemoirstory), Little White Poetry Journal, Beard of Bees, preling, nanomajority, Conte Online, wunderkammer, Lorraine and James, Eye-Rhyme, Sunspinner, and Pittsburgh's City Paper, among others.   More about e.t.

Trinette Mura is a Chicago-based artist who designs posters and t-shirts for rec room. Trinette has worked for Buddy Guy as the creative director at his famous blues club in Chicago's south loop. Trinette studied fine arts, photography and graphic design at Columbia College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her accomplishments include several photography awards from the Union League Club. Trinette's photos, canvases and murals have appeared in homes and galleries. Mike Bolsinga {aka BALLZ) is the RecRoom photographer. He resides in the avondale neighborhood of chicago, illinois. mike owns a pretty good camera, a badass laptop, paint brushes, a pick-up and a guitar. Allison Gruber is a fiction writer, playwright and essayist. Her work has appeared in Pindeldyboz, Flashquake, and 580 Split, among others.
