Erin Teegarden
("e.t.") is the co-founder, co-organizer and emcee of rec room. Currently, she
teaches college english composition, critical thinking, and literature. e.t. received an MFA from the University of
Pittsburgh in poetry and a BA from Indiana University in journalism. She is the founder and former managing editor
of the University of Pittsburgh's first online literary journal,nidus.
She is a former recipient of the Associated Writing Programs' "Intro Journals Award," and her poetry has appeared or
is forthcoming in: pms (poemmemoirstory), Conte Online, Lorraine and James, the Bellingham Review, Eye-Rhyme, Sunspinner,
Poetry Motel, Liberty Hill Poetry Review, and Pittsburgh's City Paper, among others. She enjoys sunshine,

Trinette Mura is a Chicago-based artist who designs posters and t-shirts for rec room. Trinette has
worked for Buddy Guy as the creative director at his famous blues club in Chicago's south loop. Trinette studied fine arts, photography and
graphic design at Columbia College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her accomplishments include several photography awards
from the Union League Club. Trinette's photos, canvases and murals have appeared in homes and galleries.

Allison Gruber writes prose, plays and poetry. Her work has appeared most recently in Pindeldyboz and The Stickman Review. She holds an MFA in Writing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and currently teaches college level composition and creative writing.
